The City of Smyrna welcomes all on the weekend of April 23 & 24. The Spring Jonquil Festival is held on the beautiful Village Green in downtown Smyrna, Georgia next to the fabulous Market Village. The Spring Jonquil Festival features over 175 arts & crafts booths, 15 food booths, an entertainment stage, and a variety of children’s activities. Bring the family and shop, play, eat, drink and just have a great day together.
Artisans are from all over the southeast feature their own hand-made crafts, paintings, clothing, furniture, jewelry and much more. The festival foods include: cotton candy, candy apples, corn dogs, hand-dipped ice cream, snow cones, polish sausage, chicken sandwiches, and BBQ. The huge interactive children’s area presented by LGE Community Credit Union includes big and small inflatable activities, sand art, and more. So whether it’s your child or the child in you, there are plenty of food and activities for the whole family to enjoy.
The festival has a history of over 27 years and will feature over 175 hand-made arts & crafts booths, local non-profits, sponsors, puppet shows, live music, plenty of festival foods, and all types of children’s activities. We will also have local entertainment on the stage in front of the library.
Friends of the Smyrna Library will have their book sale during the Spring Jonquil festival, so plan to get some phenomenal deals on all types of books imaginable.
